Domiciliary Care Services

Care provided for you at home, allowing you to remain in a familiar and safe environment.

Your personalised care can be structured in multiple ways to suit your needs including:

Visits designed to suit your needs throughout the day and throughout the week.

Your small Care Team will live with you at home on a rotating basis, always providing support and reassurance.

Either Live-in, 24 hour or a Care call package provided in order to facilitate time out for your main Carer.

Day and night Care provided in shifts by your small, dedicated team.

Regular or ad hoc time out for your main Carer to attend appointments or access the community.

We provide an enhanced person-centred care package
